What We Provide

Lav Care provides a wide range of community based services focusing on promoting independence, good quality of life and recovery. We support and care for adults with various Mental Health, Physical Health, Learning Disabilities. Our services are based in Local communities and are provided in partnership with with various stakeholders including Local Authories, NHS Trusts, CCGs, other providers and most importantly our clients.

Our Principal Objectives Are As Follows;

  1. To support those who use our services through a reablement and community engagement model.
  2. To work closely with local authorities, community mental health teams and hospitals.
  3. This allows those who use our services to have a home of their own with support agreeable until full recovery is achieved.
  4. To support those who use our services to engage with treatment and therapy as required.
  5. To support those who use our services to live as independently as possibly with managed risks to the community.
